We enjoyed our stay at this hotel – it's located right next to the slopes, making it very convenient for skiing. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had no trouble finding parking.

The hotel's lack of services was disappointing. The hotel only had one restaurant with a limited selection of food. There was no bar available, and there were barely any Christmas decorations during the holiday season. The poor quality of service from the foreign GM of the hotel was not worth the high price of the stay. this hotel did not meet my expectations.
